How do I book an appointment?

You can come with or without an appointment. We recommend that you make an appointment because our centres are usually full and it is likely that if you come without an appointment, we will not be able to attend to you.

You can book through any of our means of contact: by phone, by whatsapp, by email, by chat on our websites or in person at the centres.

You can also book through the customer area.

Booking the day before is usually enough, but if you want to be sure, the earlier you tell us, the more likely you are to have your reservation on the day and time you want.

Can appointments be cancelled?

Please note that if you cancel less than 3 hours in advance (or don't come and don't tell us), we will charge you for the full reserved service on your Temple Card or in cash on your next visit.

This is valid for appointments up to 90 minutes in length. For longer appointments, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

When we book an appointment for you, we stop serving other clients and can't make up that time. The worker who was waiting for you, has to stop working the time you had reserved for you, being an irretrievable economic damage for her and for the company.

What are Temple Carnets?

Si te ha gustado el servicio y quieres volver, basta con calcular los Templos que necesitarás y comprar un Carnet de Templos. Tienes Carnets desde 20 hasta 100 Templos.

Puedes ahorrarte hasta un 20% pagando con tu Carnet de Templos.El descuento viene en el propio Carnet. Éste no tiene caducidad, lo puedes compartir con quien quieras o incluso usarlo para hacer un regalo a alguien, y por supuesto, se pueden usar en todos nuestros centros Templo del Masaje.

Can you use the Temple Carnets in any of your centres?

Absolutely yes.

Not only can they be used in any of our centres, but if you forget to bring it one day, you only have to tell us your name to check your card number and be able to use it.

However, you will have to sign a note with your permission to use the card even if you don't have it physically.

When do Temple Carnets expire?

Our Temples Cards do not expire.

Do you have any offers?

From time to time we offer more discounted offers than usual (Temple Carnets). Stay tuned to our social networks or if you want we can send you an SMS every time we get an offer. You can also subscribe to our newsletter and we will send you all offers by email. These can only be purchased for a limited time, but once purchased, they do not expire.

Can I pay by credit card?

Of course you can pay with credit card your purchases in the center or your purchases online. As long as it's not American Express, we don't accept them.

Do you have something to give away?

Of course I do. We have relaxation rituals that are the most common gift, but really any of our services is a unique experience to give. And if you're not sure what he likes best, give him a Temples Card and he's sure to get it right.

In any of our centers, through Whatsapp or through the chat on our website you can get information about rituals for gifts.

You can buy gifts online and you get a PDF with a code without prices or you can go through any of our centers to wrap a gift card.

How long can I use a gift?

You won't believe it, but your gift doesn't have an expiration date. Look for a special day in which after you have no obligation, and come to live your experience in templo del masaje.

How do I book an appointment with a gift code purchased in the online store?

If you have purchased a service in the online store or have been given it as a gift, you can make an appointment directly from the customer area. 

To redeem it, first you must be registered as a customer and then follow the steps you will find in this help page.

Have at hand your mobile phone and access to your email to register in the customer area. You will also need to have at hand the long barcode (for example: 5bd9a76992608) of the purchase confirmation email in order to validate it.

Do you work with gift boxes like Smartbox, Wonderbox, Dakotabox,...?

We do not currently work with any experience boxes. Maybe we will appear in some of them, because years ago we were with them and they still haven't released new updated books. We regret, in this case, the inconvenience that may be caused, but we refer you to the direct supplier of the box for any questions or more information.

What time can I make appointments?

Our centres are open every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. You can call us, send us a whatsapp or email, write to the chat on our website or go to any of our centers to make an appointment within that time.

You can also book online at any time from the customer area.
